Buyer Protection Policy
Simply file a dispute within 30 days to take advantage of Our Buyer Protection Policy.
When payment is made for any purchase of product and/or services by the buyer, the fund is not released to the Seller for few days from the date the payment was made. The Buyer is expected to report any fraud within these days if there is any.
When a buyer is not satisfied with a purchase from a seller, the buyer can take advantage of Buyer Protection Policy within 30 days from the date of payment. We will do our best to mediate a fair resolution between both parties.
Possible Conditions for Buyer Protection Policy
In case your item doesn’t match its description, is defective or doesn’t turn up at all, we’ve got your back.
In case an event is cancelled, your hotel is double-booked, or the new game you purchased couldn’t be downloaded, we’ve got you covered.
Have your custom made, leather dancing boots failed to make it to your door? Our Buyer Protection now covers eligible custom-made items too.
You bought a book but got a DVD
You bought a new item but got something used
You purchased 3 items but only got 2
Your purchase was damaged in transit
Your delivery was missing major parts that the seller didn't disclose
You bought an authentic brand but got a knock-off instead

If the resolution results in a refund for the buyer, a refund of the total money less the already deducted charges will be made to the buyer. The already deducted charges will serve as a fine for the buyer.
However, if the resolution does not result in a refund for the buyer, the seller is fined for the resolution.
We encourage the seller and the buyer to communicate and reach a mutually agreeable resolution. This will reduce the possibility of refunds which may result in a fine for both parties.
